Getting started
The first thing you need to do is choose a news reader, if you already don't have one. This is a piece of software that checks feeds you have requested and lets you read any new articles that have been added. There are various types of news reader. You should choose one that will work with your computer’s operating system.

The Netherlands aids Serbia in EU entry bid but still seeks arrest of war criminals

The agreement signed during a visit by Dutch Foreign Minister Maxim Ferhagen is to help strengthen Serbia's institutions, administration and environmental protection in line with the 27-country bloc, the government said in a statement.
Ferhagen backed a European future for Serbia but underlined the need for Belgrade to maintain compliance with the International Crimes Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
The Netherlands was the last EU member to approve an interim trade accord between Serbia and the EU under a frozen stabilization and association agreement, which it will ratify in full if Belgrade finds and arrests remaining war fugitives Ratko Mladic and Goran Hadzic.
