The Croatian Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure is planning by mid-October to prepare a tender inviting interested parties to submit their proposals for the purchase of or injection of fresh capital into Croatia Airlines (CA), the ministry reported on Wednesday. The second round of the tender will elaborate terms and conditions for the privatisation with strict criteria for short-listing bidders. Currently, the ministry is mulling the sale up to a 49-percent interest in the national air company. According to Croatian media, three companies -- Garuda Indonesia, China Southern Airlines, and Etihad from the United Arab Emirates -- seem to be interested in acquiring a stake in CA reports Dalje.
