Getting started
The first thing you need to do is choose a news reader, if you already don't have one. This is a piece of software that checks feeds you have requested and lets you read any new articles that have been added. There are various types of news reader. You should choose one that will work with your computer’s operating system.

Rahmi Koc (Honorary Chairman), Suna Kira and Mustafa Ko (Chairman) will sell 20mn, 60mn and 20mn shares, respectively and after the transaction is complete, the parties' direct holdings will fall to 4.44%, 2.88% and 2.45%, respectively.
Sale proceeds will mainly be utilized to fund charitable foundations and there will be a 180-day lock-up period. Based on yesterday's closing price of TRY10.0 per share, the transaction size will be EUR425mn.
Koc Holding had a 7% current NAV discount and within the last year, the stock had an average 14% discount. When the transaction is complete, the free float will increase to 26.29% and the weight of Koc Holding in the ISE-30 will increase to 5.1% from its latest weight of 4.3%.
