Serbia's Minister of Justice and Public Admistriation Nikola Selakovic said that the Venice Commission has issued a positive opinion on three draft amendments to Serbian laws.
The draft documents propose changes to the laws on judges, on the structure of courts and on the Public Prosecutor's Office, Selakovic told Tanjug in Venice.
He added that, apart from a few minor technical observations, which are quite acceptable and which will be fully reflected in the bills that the Serbian government will forward to the parliament, the Venice Commission in general positively assessed the proposed amendments. Source; Government
