Serbia's Minister of Justice and Public Administration Nikola Selakovic will attend today the 94th session of the Venice Commission, that will give its expert opinion on the three judicial laws delivered by the line ministry.
The Ministry of Justice Justice and Public Administration sent to the Venice Commission draft proposals amending the Law on judges, Law on courts and Law on public prosecution.
Selakovic will during tomorrow's session of the Venice Commission speak about the basic amendments to these bills, after which the Commission experts will present their expertise.
The Ministry of Justice and Public Administration will take into consideration all suggestions and recommendations from the Venice Commission report when drafting the final text of these laws. Source; Government
