Developer AFI Europe Romania, part of Israel’s AFI Group, is starting construction of the second of five office buildings to total 70,000 sq.m. GLA in Bucharest after its award-winning Park 1 office building reached 85% occupancy reports PIE Mag. AFI Park is Bucharest’s newest, modern and most advanced business centre. Once completed, the Park will include 5 Class A Office buildings with a total leasable area of 70,000 sqm. Each building will comprise of 10 floors and will connect directly to the shopping mall. In addition, each building will have 170 underground parking spaces.
The Business Park is located directly on Vasile Milea Blvd., only 250 meters from the Politehnica Metro station and close to other public transportation networks including the Basarab Bridge.
