Getting started
The first thing you need to do is choose a news reader, if you already don't have one. This is a piece of software that checks feeds you have requested and lets you read any new articles that have been added. There are various types of news reader. You should choose one that will work with your computer’s operating system.

Serbian finance minister Mladjan Dinkic said he plans to ask the country's central bank to cut its benchmark interest rate, currently the highest in the region, to help revive the economy, Serbian news agency Beta reported.
Dinkic said he planned to discuss the issue with central bank governor Jorgovanka Tabakovic in the next ten days, while the next rate-setting meeting is due on March 12.
