Romania is inviting preliminary bids for a majority stake in its state-owned postal monopoly, Posta Romana SA, by April 11. The interested investors will have to prove their solvency and show it has the financial resources for a capital increase in Posta Romana of at least EUR 150m. Only legal persons can take part in the privatization process, individually or in consortium, provided they meet several pre-qualification criteria. (Source: NineoClock)
