Bosnia's telecommunications regulator CRA adopted the operational plan and programme for 2013. The focus will be on activities of the fixed public telephone service providers, telephone number portability legislation, and the implementation of the rule on licence fees in radio communication in Bosnia and Herzegovina, among other issues reports Telecom Paper. 

The council adopted the rule on conducting activities of the fixed public telephone service providers, which includes issuing general authorisations for the provision of the service.

In addition, the council initiated amendments to the rule 62/2012 on telephone number portability in order to review the possibility of complete elimination of the voice notification for fixed and mobile service users in BiH who opt for the number portability service with another operator.
