Getting started
The first thing you need to do is choose a news reader, if you already don't have one. This is a piece of software that checks feeds you have requested and lets you read any new articles that have been added. There are various types of news reader. In a move to boost the flagging economy before June's parliamentary election, Albania's government has scrapped value-added tax on imports of industrial and agricultural tools, steel and cement, Reuters reported. Prime Minister Sali Berisha told a government meeting on Wednesday that the decision to remove the 20 percent VAT on these imports was part of efforts "to spur output and the employment of Albanian citizens with all the stimuli."
