We expect to see 3.5% q/q loan growth in USD terms and its NIM to be 4.6% in 4Q12, up from 4.4% in 3Q12. Based on our 4Q12 estimates, we estimate an 18% ROE vs. 17% in 3Q12. Our 2012 net earnings figure stands at TRY315mn, indicating 23% y/y growth.
