Romania plans to issue dollar-denominated Eurobond

Looking to take advantage of the emerging market bond rally and a specific boost in its bond prices from inclusion in bond indices, Romania has reportedly hired Barclays, BNP Paribas, Citigroup and HSBC to arrange investor meetings in Europe and the US ahead of a potential US dollar-denominated Eurobond issue.
Market sources told Reuters that the sovereign, rated 'Baa3/BB+/BBB-', will meet fixed-income investors in New York on February 11, Boston on February 12 and London on February 13.
