Serbian foreign Minister Ivan Mrkic believes that the state has a good chance to soon obtain the date for the beginning of negotiations with the EU.
Asked what is the foundation for such optimism, despite the frequent warnings from Germany that the autumn elections in that country could be a hindrance, along with short deadlines for the positive decision of their parliament, the Head of the Serbian Diplomacy has emphasized for the “Blic” daily in Belgrade that his opinion stems from the talks with foreign officials and from their reactions.
