Romania's iQuest opens new software development center in Craiova

Otilia Haraga - Business Review - 06.02.2013

Developer of software services iQuest announced a new opening in Craiova, where it plans to hire 40 senior and entry level people who know Java, .NET and SharePoint, web development, mobile app development, software testing and web design, data base and business intelligence.
The new office in Craiova is located in the center of the city in Continental Business Center. Like the other centers of the company, it will supply software services and solutions for life sciences, financial services, telecommunications, logistics and media.
iQuest also has software development centers in Cluj-Napoca, Brasov and Sibiu, where there work in total 450 specialists.
“Craiova is a university center in the country, where IT plays a strategic role. The high number and quality of graduates prompted us to make this investment. Apart from these major advantages, there is also a competitive and stable business climate, as well as an international airport, which we hope will continue to be developed to insure a good connection with the global clients of the company,” says Cornelius Brody, founder and CEO of iQuest.
