Financially troubled euro zone country Slovenia may issue up to 4.6 billion euros ($6.24 billion) of new debt in 2013. Looking to alternatives to sovereign bonds if markets are unfavourable, Reuters reported. The government said on Friday it would use the money to cover its budget gap, repay maturing debt and accumulate funds for repayment in 2014 and 2015.
