Telecom operator Orange Romania has introduced the 4G mobile internet on iPad and iPad mini tablets.
Customers should update the software version iOS 6.1 directly on the tablet or via iTunes to choose one of the 4G offers.
The 4G postpay offers are available in Orange shop Victoriei Square, Baneasa Shopping City, Universitatii Square, Calea Mosilor, Pipera – Iride in Bucharest as well as Orange shop in Brasov, Muresenilor St.
The Orange 4G network currently covers the central and northern part of Bucharest, the metropolitan station in the north part of the capital, the mountain resorts on Prahova valley, the Bran-Moieciu and Poiana Brasov area.
Orange clients can use the two tablets with postpay offers that offer access to the H+ network at speeds of up to 43.2 Mbps.
The iPad mini accompanied by two year postpay offers ranges between EUR 249 and EUR 549, depending on the type of offer and the version of the tablet.
In the case of iPad with retina display, prices range between EUR 399 and EUR 689, also depending on the type of offer and the version of the tablet.
