Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic spoke with new Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for Serbia Matteo Patrone about the activities of this financial organisation in Serbia.
During the meeting, Dacic presented activities of the Serbian government on the consolidation of the economy and pointed to the advantages of investing in the development of the Serbian economy.
Patrone said that the EBRD plans to invest €300 million in 20 projects in Serbia this year and to increase investment in the development of private sector.
Activities of the EBRD will consists of support to the consolidation of large companies, plans for growth and development and financing of privatisations.
