Getting started
The first thing you need to do is choose a news reader, if you already don't have one. Microsoft Romania has wrapped up negotiations with the government regarding the terms and conditions for the use of Microsoft licenses in state institutions in December, according to Todi Pruteanu, communication lead in Microsoft Romania, quoted by Hotnews.ro.
Thus, the government has approved a memorandum for the continuation to use Microsoft licenses in public institutions and the pre-university educational system. After the negotiations, the buy-out offer went down from EUR 45.09 million to EUR 33.2 million.
