The market price index of the dwellings in Bulgaria for the fourth quarter of 2012 compared to the third quarter of 2012 was 99.3%, i.e. the average decrease of the market prices of the dwellings was 0.7%. The data was released Wednesday by the National Statistical Institute.
The market price index of the dwellings for the fourth quarter of 2012 in comparison with the corresponding quarter of the previous year was 98.6%, i.e. the average decrease of the market prices of the dwellings was 1.4%, Novinite reports.
