Minister of Physical Planning and Environment Protection of the Sarajevo Canton Zlatko Petrovic said in a short interview with FENA that during February there should be an application of the new tariff rate for utilities, noting that the alternative to such price adjustments was complete collapse of the entire system.

He points out that the Ministry, in accordance with its responsibilities for a longer period has organized systematic and socially conscious activities regarding the new tariff policy of public utilities, and adds that this is not merely price increase but the introduction of real parameters in this sector to introduce adequate organization of the work of these utility companies.
