According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 232 building permits were issued in November 2012, which was 3.3% less than the same month of the previous year. According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 2 847 943 thousand denars, which was 4.4% less than the same month of the previous year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 177 (76.3%) are for buildings, 18 (7.8%) are for civil engineering structures, and 37 (15.9%) are for reconstructions. Of the total of 232 structures, for 172 (74.1%) the investors are private persons, and for 60 (25.9%) structures the investors are business entities. In the reference period, 647 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 51 958 m2.
