Commencement of pre-accession talks with EU of utmost importance for Serbia

Deputy Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic has stated that for the state it is very important to obtain the date for the commencement of pre-accession talks with the EU, since it is of special significance for higher employment rate and foreign investments. 
He has pointed that world companies will only invest in the Serbian economy once the date for the negotiations is set. For example, Kia and Hyundai will not relocate their plants in Europe to Serbia, but they may open the manufactures of spare parts, explained Vucic. He has stressed that with the creation of the system and institutions for battle against corruption a lot can be done in the field of implementation of European standards, thus accelerating the process of EU integrations.
