Getting started
The first thing you need to do is choose a news reader, if you already don't have one. This is a piece of software that checks feeds you have requested and lets you read any new articles that have been added. There are various types of news reader. Johns Hopkins economist Steve Hanke, who designed the currency board in Bulgaria in the 1990s, has praised the country as a star pupil in terms of fiscal discipline.
"The prize should go to Bulgaria," Hanke said, speaking for the BBC program "In the Balance", which stared last week into the banking black hole of debt, Novinite reports.
