Commenting on the statement of High Representative of international community in BiH,Valetnina Inzko, which he made before the UN Security Council that "BiH is going backwards due to its political leaders ..." Ambassador of the United States of America (USA) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Patrick S. Moon, said he believes that no one can be pleased with the progress in BiH. "When the Dayton Agreement was signed everybody expected that in BiH over seventeen years a lot of will be achieved, both in terms of economic prosperity and strengthening of democracy," Moon said during the visit to Mostar.
In his opinion some progress has been achieved in BiH in the field of rule of law, economy, and education.
