Getting started
The first thing you need to do is choose a news reader, if you already don't have one. This is a piece of software that checks feeds you have requested and lets you read any new articles that have been added. There are various types of news reader. You should choose one that will work with your computer’s operating system.

Education is much more expensive for Albanians. Expenditures for education have increased by 1.9 percent compared with a year ago and this has come because universities have increased the fees by 4 percent. Albanian citizens have also spent more for food products. But they have also cheaper services in telecommunications and transport, because of a reduction in the prices of oil and gasoline during this period.
