Montenegro's negotiation team prepares for the second bilateral meeting with the EC

The four-day explanatory analytical overview of the EU acquis communautaire for Chapter 11: Agriculture and rural development will take place in Brussels starting today. The meeting will be launched by Head of the Working Group for Chapter 11 Danijela Stolica, from Montenegro's side, and from the EU side by John Clarke, Director for International Affairs II at the Directorate General for Agriculture and Rural Development, and Marta Garcia-Fidalgo, adviser at the Directorate for Croatia, Montenegro, FYR Macedonia, Turkey, and Iceland at the Directorate General for Enlargement.

The representatives of line directorates general of the European Commission will provide the analytical overview of the EU acquis Chapter 11 by presenting the key documents in this area. The explanatory screening will serve as a basis for the preparation of the Montenegro negotiation team for the second, bilateral meeting with the European Commission scheduled for December.
