Serbia's Minister of Regional Development and Local Self-Government Verica Kalanovic opened yesterday the “INOCOOP 2012” innovation, cooperation and entrepreneurship fair in Zrenjanin whose aim is to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship through the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and profitable production.
The Minister pointed out that while the job of the government is to facilitate business operation to entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs are the ones that must struggle to provide new jobs, help increase exports and contribute to better filling of the budget through the establishment of new businesses and innovations.
She said that the Zrenjanin fair is specific adding that the economy of the Banat region has competitive products not only for the domestic but also for the international market as well.
The fair, which will last three days, will feature 28 chambers of commerce from Serbia and abroad and more than 200 exhibitors. Source: Serbian Government
